How it began
Our story started in 1968, when our grandparents opened Refresqueria Boegoeroei in Noord — a small shop that became a name the neighbourhood knew for more than five decades. In 1995 the next generation continued it as Boegoeroei Development N.V. Today, as Villa Nostra Estate, we carry that legacy forward — caring for the property and supporting our tenants and the island we call home. As children we grew up in the business, stocking shelves and counting the register, and that same love still guides us.

Our long-term vision
We want Villa Nostra Estate to be a trusted real estate name in Aruba. Today we care for a fully-tenanted commercial property in Noord. Our plan unfolds in two phases: first, renewing and expanding the commercial building with sustainable upgrades; then, over the longer term, developing a sustainable residential community for starters, young professionals and families. We share these plans openly, while staying honest about what exists today.
